Ben Affleck He has a sense of humor about his love life after his separation from Jennifer Lopez.
The 52 -year -old actor was approached by TMZ While he had dinner at Lavo Ristorante in West Hollywood on Thursday, May 8, and asked him how he felt “the most coveted single in Hollywood” in Spanish.
Taking the comment calmly, Affleck laughed at the question and answered in Spanish: “Very good.”
Then, the media asked Affleck: “Do you still like Latinas?”, Affleck did not hesitate to answer: “Of course.”
Affleck speaks Spanish fluently after learning the language while filming a children’s television program in Mexico for a year when he was 13 years old. His ex -wife Lopez, 55, is one of the most prominent Latin American singers and actresses in Hollywood.
Lopez submitted a request for the dissolution of AFFleck on August 20, 2024. The former couple finished divorce in January of this year, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly then.
Lopez and Affleck were linked for more than 20 years. The actors met on the set of Gigli In 2001, before committing in November 2002. Initially they were scheduled to marry in September 2003, but canceled their wedding days before the planned ceremony. Confirmed their separation in January 2004.

Affleck recently broke his silence about his separation from Lopez in an interview with the magazine GQ which was published on March 25.
During the interview, the actor of The Hypnotic referred to The Greatest Love Story Never Toldthe documentary who filmed with Lopez during his marriage that shed light on his relationship. Affleck said it was “important to say” that there was no “important fracture” in his marriage to Lopez that exists in the documentary.
“It’s not as if they could see that documentary and say, ‘Oh, now I understand the problems that these two had,” he said.
Affleck added that he feels a lot of respect for his ex -wife and said there was not a single cause that led to the end of his marriage.

But honestly … the truth is much more everyday than people will probably believe or would be interesting,” he continued. “There is no scandal, there is no telenovela, there is no intrigue (about our divorce).
