Milan and Sasha, children of Shakira and Gerard Piqué, made their debut as artists with the song “The One”.
The song is written by Milan, who is also the vocalist, while Sasha is the drummer of this new musical project.
After its launch, Shakira posted on Instagram a fragment of the video clip with the phrase “What a beautiful gift for this day!”, Reference that today is Mother’s Day in some countries like the United States.
The song is a collaboration with singer Mila V, in addition to being produced by the Let It Beat Academy Foundation.
This foundation belongs to the Argentine musicians Guillermo Vadalá and Nerina Nicotra.
“The One” is part of the Next Generation of Artists program of the Foundation, whose goal is to promote musical careers of young people between 10 and 20 years.
The theme can be found on platforms such as YouTube, and is part of the album ‘All for You’, published by Let It Beat Academy.
Last week, Milan, 12, and Sasha, 10, presented the song during a gala in Miami organized by the Foundation.
The event was attended by Shakira, who is currently on his tour of the United States of “Women no longer cry”, which will begin this Tuesday in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a concert that the Spanish Alejandro Sanz will go as a guest.
