Shakira began the second stage of his successful world tour Women no longer cry with an unforgettable show at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The concert, held on May 13, marked the start of the American section of the Tour, which will take the artist for more than 20 cities in the United States and Canada until the end of June.

The first show in the US also had another stellar moment with the appearance of Wyclef Jean, who joined the artist to perform hips Don’t Lie, celebrating the 20 years of this song that catapulted Shakira to the global stardom.

After breaking attendance records in Latin America, including seven consecutive dates in Mexico City with almost 400,000 attendees and more than 46 million dollars collected, the tour continues now with a renewed format. Production includes shocking scenographies, energetic choreographies and a repertoire that mixes its most recent releases with the successes that have marked their career.

Soon, Shakira will perform at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey (May 15 and 16), where the participation of artists such as Pitbull and Rauw Alejandro is anticipated. The tour will also arrive in Toronto, Boston, Washington DC, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and other cities.
