Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry and more stars celebrate Lauren Sanchez’s bachelorette party in Paris
Before Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Give the “Yes, I want”, she gave for the occasion with a bachelorette farewell full of stars in the city of Luz.
“The ‘Forever’ begins with friendship, surrounded by the women who have raised me, illuminated my way in dark times and molded my heart on the road,” Sánchez, 55, wrote through Instagram on Thursday, May 15, sharing photos of their meeting in Paris.
The guest list included Kim Kardashian And his mother, Kris Jenneras well as Eva Longoria, Elsa Collins, Lydia Kives, Veronica Grazer and Natasha Poonawalla. Blue Oignin’s astronaut companion from Sánchez, Katy Perry– the two women were part of the entirely feminine crew that went to space last month – also attended the meeting.
“Queen of all our hearts ♥ ️”, Perry wrote, 40, in a comment on Instagram on Thursday.
The women began Sánchez’s last celebration with an intimate dinner at Lafayette’s Paris. According to the shared material in social networks by the future girlfriend, the menu included a fed chicken snack, César salad and a main roast chicken dish. The festivities continued on Friday, May 16, when the ladies lined up in L’Avenue Paris.
Sánchez and the founder of Amazon, 61, have been together since January 2019, committing themselves in May 2023.
“We are still thinking about the wedding (and) what will it be. Will it be big? Will it be abroad? We still don’t know. We only have been committed for five months,” she told Vogue the next November.
Sanchez also revealed to the media that Bezos made the proposal after a dinner under the stars on a ship. He found the hidden ring under his pillow that night.
“When he opened the box, I think I fainted a little,” added Sánchez, pointing out that he plans to change his name after his nuptials. “I am looking forward to being Mrs. Bezos. I think there are many opportunities that come with that, and I take those opportunities very seriously. We always look and say, ‘We are the team’. So everything is shared.”
Bezos was previously married to Mackenzie Scottwith whom he shares four children, from 1993 to 2019.
“We want to let people know a development in our lives. As our family and close friends know, after a long period of love exploration and test separation, we have decided to divorce and continue our shared lives as friends,” said Bezos and Scott, now 55 years, in a joint statement on Twitter at that time. “We feel incredibly fortunate to have found us and deeply grateful for each of the years we have been married to each other. If we had known that we would separate after 25 years, we would do everything again.”
They added: “We have had such a wonderful life together as a married couple, and we also see wonderful future ahead, as parents, friends, partners in companies and projects, and as individuals chasing companies and adventures. Although the labels could be different, we remain a family, and we continue to be dear friends.”
Sanchez, meanwhile, was married to Patrick Whitsell For 14 years before they separated in January 2019. Together, they share two children.
