Rihanna returns to music with “Friend of Mine”, theme of the movie “Pitufos” – El Nuevo Diario (Dominican Republic)
THE NEW DIARIO, INTERNACIONAL.- The Rihana singer returns to music three years later with the launch of ‘Friend of Mine’, theme belonging to the soundtrack of the animated film ‘Smurfs’ (Smurfs), which will be released on July 18, and in which the artist of Barbados also interprets the pitufine.
A cast of actors, among which are Nick Offerman, Natasha Lyonne, JP Karliak and Dan Levy, give voice to the rest of the well -known characters in this film, co -produced by several companies in the United States and Belgium, and distributed by Paramount Pictures.
‘Friend of Mine’ is the second song extracted from the soundtrack of ‘Smurfs’, after ‘Higher Love’, of Desi Trill with Cardi B, DJ Khaled, Natania and Subhi, which came out in February, Universal Music reported this Friday in a statement.
In addition to the cast of ‘Smurfs’ full of stars, the soundtrack will also feature a new Tyla song.
