Condemned to turn 3 years the brain of the robbery to Kim Kardashian

The verdict of the Paris Court decided penalties lower than those requested by the Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday, from 6 to 10 years for eight of the defendants, and acquitted two of the defendants, who granted a role of informants.
Aomar Aït Khedache, considered the main architect of the operation and that confessed the facts, was sentenced to eight years, of them three troops, but their grief joins another precedent.
This means that this man, 69 and with a long criminal history but severely ill (is deaf and almost silent), will not return to jail, as his lawyer had requested.
Yunice Abbas, 71, author of a book entitled ‘I kidnap Kim Kardashian’, was sentenced to seven years in jail, five exempt compliance, but will not enter between bars.
As for the other two accused of having directly participated in the robbery, Didier Dubreucq and Marc-Alexandre Boyer, the court issued a seven-year penalty, five without compliance, and they will not have to enter prison.
These four defendants were the ones who had received the 10 -year request from the Prosecutor’s Office.

Harminy Aït Khedache, son of the brain of the operation, accused of having been the driver of the command carried out by the theft, was sentenced to five years in jail, four of them exempt from compliance.
The Court sentenced Christotin, ex -partner of Khedache to four years in prison, accused of complicity and for whom the Prosecutor’s Office requested six years of seclusion, already three years, also without compliance, François Delaport and Marc Boyer.
Finally, the court acquitted Florus Heroui and Gary Madar, the latter brother of the Kim Kardashian driver, the two men whom the prosecution considered as those who gave the information of the victim’s movements.
