Jennifer López was one of the great protagonists at the American Music Awards (AMAS) gala held on Monday. The 55 -year -old singer opened the night with a show that mixed dance, musical successes of the year and a moment that gave a lot to talk about.
During his presentation, JLo performed fragments of very popular songs such as “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar, “Newyol” by Bad Bunny and “Birds of a Feather” by Billie Eilish. He wore a tight whole skin full of bright stones, and as always, he showed his talent with an energetic and very careful choreography.
But what caught the attention was not only his dance or costumes, but what he did on stage: when he interpreted “Lose Control”, he kissed two of his dancers, one man and another woman. This scene went viral on social networks and many remembered a similar moment occurred in 2003, when Madonna kissed Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera during the MTV Video Music Awards.
After his show, Jennifer said: “I had to start the night with the greatest successes of the year and dance with all my heart for all of you, but tonight, the focus of attention belongs to you, because this is the largest prize voted by fans.”
