‘Rest in who we are’, motto of the Spirituality Forum, on January 25 and 26 at Riojafórum

The XIII Spirituality Forum, which will be held on January 25 and 26 in Riojafórum, will be dedicated to ‘Rest in who we are’. The philosopher in sapiential approach, Luisa López Cabrejas, the philosopher Pedro Brañas, the ecologist Charo Morán, the neuroscientist Gustavo G. Diez and the mindfulness specialist Javier García Campayo will participate.

According to Ana María de Las Heras, professor of Meditation at the UPL and coordinator of the forum: «From the points of view of these renowned speakers, we will address the idea that we are fullness, but the difficulty in being aware of this lies in the fact that we get lost in the contents of experience, which are changing. If we recognize what remains, we can rest in who we are.

Like every edition, the forum will feature meditative practices during the two days. In addition, the first day will close with a performance by the Cuchuflete choir from Arnandea and its repertoire ‘Porque la vida nos enCanta’. And the closing will be carried out by the UPL creative clown laboratory directed by Begoña G. Hidalgo.

Since 2013, the Spirituality Forum brings together 1,200 people from La Rioja and the rest of the country every year.
