The 78th edition of the iconic sample will begin on Tuesday with the opening ceremony that will be held at the Grand Théâtre Lumière and will run until Saturday night May 24. The new rules of clothing, based on the decorum but also on practicality, were informed to the guests and then were immortalized on the official website of the sample.
In the “Frequently Questions” section, the Cannes page included this year the specifications of the Dress Code. For the Grand Théâtre Lumière gala projections, which take place between 19 and 22 it is mandatory to wear a long dress, tuxedo.
