The unknown returns to Talavera with the ‘VI Day of Mystery’

The mystery returns to Talavera de la Reina with the long-awaited VI Day of Mystery, an event organized by the Talavera Ocultural Association. With a symbolic price of ten euros, The appointment will take place next Saturday, February 1 at the Victoria Theater. This event, which combines culture, enigmas and solidarity, will allocate all proceeds to the Association of Neuromuscular Diseases of Castilla–La Mancha (ASEM CLM).

At a press conference, the Councilor for Culture of the Talavera City Council, Enrique Etayo, and the mayor of Tourism, Gelen Delgado, They presented the event together with the president of the Talavera Ocultural Association, Josete Flores, and Miguel Ángel León, ASEM CLM representative.

Programming of the VI Day of Mystery

The activity program It will start at 10:30 in the morning. It will feature talks by leading experts on such fascinating topics as the figure of the devil, haunted houses and the mysterious world of dreams.

  • At 11:00 a.m. Juan Carlos Albarranceramist and founder of the Talavera Ceramic Center, will open the day with a talk about «the figure of the devil in Talavera ceramics». Albarrán will explore the legends and dark symbolism linked to this emblematic local art.
  • At 12:00 p.m. Javier Pradoillustrator and folklore specialist, will take us through the history of haunted houses in Spain, revealing how this phenomenon has been part of the collective imagination since time immemorial.
  • The morning will conclude with the participation of Sere Skulddisseminator and person in charge of the popular podcast ‘Mysteries and Cubatas’. At 1:00 p.m., will offer a talk titled «the most unknown and dark side of the world of dreams»which promises to reveal disturbing secrets.
  • After a break, the program will continue at 5:00 p.m. with Lorenzo Fernandez Buenojournalist and writer, who will address the eternal search for immortality throughout history.
  • At 6:00 p.m., it will be the turn of Josep Guijarrojournalist recognized for his investigations into the UFO phenomenon. In his speech, he will analyze the connection between historical enigmas and possible visits from alien beings from ancient times.

The team of The Invisible School, directed by Lorenzo Fernández Bueno and Laura Falcó, will record a live program in front of the public. The recording will feature the presence of collaborators such as Josep Guijarro, Juan José Sánchez-Oro, Jesús Ortega and more.
