The world of enigmas comes to Talavera one more year with the VI Day of Mystery | Digital Day

An event organized by the Talavera Oculture Association, with a single price of ten euros, and which will take place on Saturday, February 1, at the Victoria Theater of the municipality, for the benefit of the ASEM CLM Association.

As reported this Wednesday at a press conference, the VI Day of Mystery will begin at 10:30 a.m., where scholars and specialists from different disciplines will offer talks to delve into the figure of the devil and other dark beings, the world of dreams or houses. delighted.

At 11:00 a.m., Juan Carlos Albarrán, Ceramist and founder of the Talavera Ceramic Center, will begin the day with his talk about the figure of the devil in Talavera ceramics. An analysis of the symbolism and legends of the evil one associated with one of the most emblematic and outstanding assets of the city.

Next, at 12:00 p.m., the illustrator and folklore specialist Javier Prado will invite us to take a journey through the history of haunted houses in our country, discovering that, far from being a modern phenomenon, we can trace the existence of these sinister places for centuries.

In addition, the artist and popularizer Sére Skuld, specialist in magic and beliefs and responsible for the popular podcast ‘Mysteries and Cubatas’, will be responsible for ending the morning session and at 1:00 p.m. she will speak on the most unknown and dark side of the world of the dreams.

After the break, at 5:00 p.m., the journalist and writer Lorenzo Fernández Bueno, director of the program ‘El Colegio Invisible’ (Onda Cero) and television series such as ‘Extraterrestres’ (DMAX), will offer a talk on a topic that years studying: the eternal search for immortality throughout history.

At 6:00 p.m. it will be the turn of journalist Josep Guijarro (‘La Rosa de los Vientos and ‘El Colegio Invisible’), renowned specialists in the study of the UFO phenomenon. His talk will try to offer answers to some of the most striking historical enigmas and their possible connection with the visit of alien beings from ancient times.

To conclude and for the first time in Talavera, the team of the popular Onda Cero program, ‘El Colegio Invisible’, directed by Lorenzo Fernández Bueno and Laura Falcó, will travel to the city to record one of their programs for the public. The recording will feature the presence and participation of many of its collaborators: Josep Guijarro, Juan José Sánchez-Oro, Jesús Ortega and some more surprises.

The event, which has already become a must for local mystery lovers and those from other areas of Spain, also has a solidarity objective since, as in previous editions, all proceeds will go to the Association of Neuromuscular Diseases of Castilla-La Mancha (ASEM).
