Taylor Swift achieved a temporary restraining order against a stalker, due to the fear of “imminent damage” and for fear of his safety and that of his family.
Last Friday, June 6 Taylor filed a request against a 45 -year -old man named Brian Jason Wagner. According to the singer, she has been harassing her for years: she continues to appear in her home in Los Angeles without an invitation, she says she is the mother of her children and even changed the direction of her driving license to Swift’s residence in the Californian city.
“He made several statements about living on my property, being in a relationship with me, believing that I am the mother of her son and claims to need to see me in person,” reads legal documents.
Taylor Swift added, “All of which is false and disconnected from reality.” The singer told the complaint that the man visited his house for the first time in May 2024 and returned there several times in July. “At least one of the occasions, Mr. Wagner carried a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon.”
