Shakira postpone her Los Angeles concert after migratory raids in the city

On June 20, the city of Los Angeles, in California, was going to receive Shakira’s visit on the occasion of his tour ‘Women no longer cry World Tour’; However, his presentation was postponed.
The presentation will now take place on August 4 at the Sofi Stadiumlocated in the town of Inglewood, as announced this Thursday.
So far ‘La Loba’ has not ruled on this issue, however, the company in charge of the sale of tickets has already notified those who contemplated attending next Friday about the change of day.
“We have worked with the organizers of the event to reage your event and be sure that you will still have the possibility of attending. Your tickets are still valid for the new date,” reads the message that they sent to Shakira fans.
Although the reasons for the cancellation of the event were not explained, everything seemed to indicate that it is due to the migratory raids made in recent days in the city and those that have arrested hundreds of migrants.

With this there are some concerts that Shakira has been forced to postpone or cancel his tour of various scenarios in the United States, which already led her to pronounce on the matter, because she is aware that her fans are the most affected.
Shakira planned to appear in Los Angeles in November 2024 at the Kia Forum, but due to the great demand and the need to use larger stadiums, that date was transferred to June 20, 2025 in the Sofi Stadium. In addition, in October 2024 the cancellation and postponement of most concerts in the United States and Canada was announced in order to adjust production and offer more dates in larger enclosures
