BLAKE LIVELY REQUEST FENING ACCESS TO CATS WITH TAYLOR SWIFT

Mexico City.- Actress Blake Lively presented to the New York court a motion to prevent Justin Baldoni from accessing her personal messages with Taylor Swift, considering that it is a deliberate tactic to take advantage of the singer’s fame and divert attention from the legal process.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, Lively, 37, requested a protection order and argued before Judge Lewis J. Liman that his communications with Swift “are not central” in the case or relevant for the statements of the Baldoni producing company, Wayfarer Studios.
The protagonist of Gossip Girl also accused the legal team of the actor to use Swift’s name as part of a media strategy that, he says, began since August 2024, when Baldoni’s public relations firm included the singer in a crisis planning document. “The continuous attempts to use the world’s largest star as a public relations strategy in this matter reflects a public collapse of epic proportions of epic proportions. They only serve to distract attention from the fact that Justin Baldoni’s demands against Mrs. Lively, Ryan Reynolds, his publicist and the New York Times have been completely dismissed, “said a spokesman for the actress to the international environment.
The legal conflict between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni began in December 2024, when the actress sued him for sexual harassment on the set of breaking the circle and allegedly orchestrating a discredit campaign against him.
Baldoni, 41, has denied the accusations and responded with a defamation and extortion contrademand for 400 million dollars against Lively, Reynolds and his publicist, Leslie Sloane. He also filed a lawsuit for 250 million against the New York Times, claiming damage to his publications. However, both demands were dismissed this week. In his ruling, the judge concluded that Lively’s statements were protected by law and there was no evidence that he was responsible for other statements cited in the legal actions. Baldoni’s legal team has until June 23 to present an amended version of his claims for breach of pact and contractual interference. The trial between both parties is scheduled for March 2026.
