The 2025 edition of the Kids’ Choice Awards was held yesterday at the Barker Hangar in Santa Mónica, California, gathering the most outstanding figures of cinema, television and children’s and youth music.
With a total of 36 awarded categories, the ceremony was full of surprises, memorable performances and, as is tradition, a lot of Slime – more flexible and sticky that is used as a toy.
One of the most commented moments was when Machine Gun Kelly took the stage to interpret his single “Cliché”, accompanied by her daughter Casie Baker, and ended up completely covered with Slime.

Among the most prominent awards, Benny Blanco, promised by Selena Gomez, was recognized for her song “Bluet Flame” as a favorite viral song.
The actor Jack Black was honored as the king of comedy for his trajectory in cinema and television, adding this recognition to his previous successes in “Super Mario Bros: The film” and “Kung Fu Panda”.
The movie “Wicked”, which left as the great favorite with eight nominations, was crowned as a favorite film and won a total of three awards, including a favorite movie song thanks to “Defying Gravity”, played by Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
In addition, Ariana Grande was chosen a favorite film actress.
