“We were handcuffed there on Wednesday night and we arrived in Brazil and we still had the wives put on and we told them that we were in Brazilian territory and that the wives took us out, but they did not want to take away them,” said one of those deported in a video published by The Government.

“The indiscriminate use of wives and chains violates the terms of the agreement with US unacceptable that the agreed conditions with the US government are not respected. ”

Brazil said he agreed to carry out repatriation flights, starting in 2018, to shorten the time that deportees spend in American detention centers, due to irregular immigration and without the possibility of appeal.

The Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Relations said that it will request clarification to the US government and added that it will remain attentive to changes in immigration policies in that country, to guarantee the protection, security and dignity of Brazilians who reside there .
