What is the deadline to request citizens for marriage
As detailed by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) to access citizens by marriage, the applicant must meet a fundamental requirement: to have been legally married to an American citizen during -The less- at least- The three years immediately prior to the date on which you submit your application and as long as the procedure lasts.
This is different from the five years of permanent residence in the North American country that is required to other candidates for naturalization.
In that same period, the US citizen spouse must have maintained its legal status. Also during this time the person must have resided continuously in the United States and demonstrate that he has shared life in common with his spouse.
