Miley Cyrus will present your visual album

The Tribeca Film Festival faces its most musical year. This Wednesday, April 16, the organization announced the expected premieres for this edition, which is celebrated from June 4 to 15, and the list includes Miley Cyrus’s visual album, the documentary about Mexican singer Becky Gand works on Billy Joel, DEPECHE MODE either Metallica.

The singer of End of the world has chosen this space to present what defines as “A unique pop opera with thirteen new songs” in which she exercises a screenwriter, producer and co -director next to Jacob Bixenman and Brendan Walter. The Premiere World Cup will be on Friday, June 6.

The organization of this event, co -founded in 2001 by actor Robert De Niro as an independent film festival after the 11S attacks in New York, described Tribeca as “The main destination of documentaries about music” and pointed out other musical titles of this edition.

  • Rebbeca Aka Becky G (June 12) is presented as an approach to the singer who explores her “roots” for her “most ambitious project”, an album with which he debuts in the Mexican regional genre.
  • Matter of Time (June 12) part of the powerful and emotional beneficial performance of Eddie Vedder To narrate the struggle to cure the ampoup epidermolysis (EB), a rare genetic disease often mortal.
