The album cover, made by Glen Luchford, shows Cyrus dressed in a 1997 Thierry Mugler suit, a garment that also appears in the video of ‘Prelude‘. Fashion occupies a central place in the film, with original custom designs of Casey Cadwalader for Mugler that are shown in ‘Submithing Beautiful’ and ‘End of the world‘. The visual film also presents the largest loan of archive pieces by Thierry Mugler ever granted to a single person, along with unusual designs by Jean Paul Gaultier, tailored designs by Alexander McQueen and Alaïa.
