Katy Perry dazzles at the beginning of “The Lifeses Tour” in Mexico

Faced with about 20,000 attendees, Perry raised the height of the Mexican capital even more when he appeared suspended in the air to start his show, which had a strong futuristic narrative, inspired by films such as Blade Runner and The Fifth Element.
In her concert, the singer not only interpreted her successes with elaborate choreographies, but also interacted with the public, inviting two young dresses as astronauts to sing with her The One That Got Away.
One of the most shocking moments of the night was the choreographed battle against a villain, in which Perry wore armor and shot pyrotechnics with a robotic glove. He also dedicated a space to transcendental meditation, floating between flowers and giant fungi while interpreting songs such as Nirvana and Wide Awake.
The tour will continue with more presentations at the CDMX Arena this weekend, in addition to shows in Monterrey and several cities in the United States. However, his concerts scheduled for May 2 and 3 in Guadalajara were canceled due to the unfinished construction of the enclosure. A new date has not yet been announced.
