A city of tents is emerging in Guantanamo

The Trump government has transferred more than 30 people described as members of Venezuelan bands to the American Naval Base of Guantanamo Bay. At the same time, US forces and national security personnel prepare a city of tents for which thousands of migrants could be.
On Friday, around a dozen men were transferred from El Paso, Texas, while Kristi Noem, Secretary of National Security, arrived in Guantanamo. She is the first high -ranking official of the Trump government who visits the mission of migrants at the base of southeastern Cuba.
Noem was taken to the roof of hangar from aircraft and observed how the US security forces led to the people deported by the ramp of a military carrier plane C-130 to a minibus that expected them. The Division General Philip J. Ryan, Commander of the Army that supervises the mission of migrants, was standing by his side with a combat uniform, and a chinok helicopter was seen far away.
“The ruthless members of the bands will no longer have a safe refuge in our country,” Noem said on social networks, qualifying men as “criminal foreigners.”
