MYSTERIES

A salteño wounded on the mountain, a car, dollars and mystery

The man came to say that he was attacked by distrust. In the vehicle they found Salteña and Bolivian documentation.

The mystery involves the case that was known yesterday, when in the area of Pampa Loca, a few kilometers from the thermal city in the middle of the mountain, a man from the province of Salta was found that presented gunshot wounds in the head in the head and the body.

Identified as Pedro Díaz, the subject was assisted and urgently transferred to the Perrando hospital, where last night he remained admitted to intensive care “with a projectile housed in the skull and in critical condition,” according to medical sources.

A farmer in the area was the one who gave the police about a strange movement in the vicinity of his lot, when he saw a person entering the mountain at night. Upon arrival, the agents of the Fourth Police Station and the rural division went into the wooded sector and after a brief search they found Diaz lying on the trunk of a tree and with blood spots on their head and torso. The subject did not oppose any resistance, identified by his name, said he is 37 years old and being from the Salta town of San Ramón de la New Oran.

Last night the Chaco police tried to determine the details of the fact. As it could be known, the track could take them to a car that was abandoned in the sidewalk of a house in the Yapeyú neighborhood, on Calle 21 between 36 and 38, the early hours of the last Monday. When the shot inspected, the agents found documentation of residents of the town of San Ramón de la New Oran and a citizen of Bolivia. They also found dollars and national currency, as well as other bordering countries.

Research hounds seek to clarify how that vehicle arrived and why it was abandoned in that place, and its possible link with the man found injured in the middle of the mountain.
