This was confirmed by his lawyer, Michael Rhodes, in a statement issued on Monday.

“We can confirm that Mrs. Kardashian will testify in person in the criminal trial related to the 2016 incident, in which she was tied and assaulted at a gunpoint by several masked men,” says the document.

The trial will begin on April 28 in the Court of Appeal in Paris, and according to the preliminary calendar, the reality show and businesswoman will declare on May 13.

The morning of October 3, 2016, a group of men, some dressed as police, entered the residence where Kardashian stayed.

The businesswoman, who was at that time 36 years old, was enchanted with weapons, tied and locked in the bathroom, while the thieves fled with a loot valued at nine million dollars that much was never recovered, and which included the commitment ring of 4 million that Kanye West gave him.

According to the police, one of the assailants spoke English with a marked French accent and demanded that a ring be removed. Meanwhile, other band members monitored the entrance of the building and reception.

The French police described the group as a band of “classic” style criminals, and one of the robberies is attributed to a larger person registered in France in the last two decades.
