Ben Affleck is given as bad to flirt as his stretched character of ‘The accountant 2’.
The 51 -year -old actor, who recently divorced Jennifer López, opened about his weakness for the opposite sex while talking during a recent press conference from the sequel to the 2016 thriller, in which he revealed how much it relates to the socially clumsy Christian Wolff.
He said: “Here is a guy who is trying to find out – who wants to have a relationship with a woman – how to do that. You know, he doesn’t feel comfortable. He doesn’t know how to flirt exactly. He doesn’t feel comfortable, like many of us.”
Ben also reflected on the widest challenges of the appointments, saying: “It is not easy for anyone to understand relationships, especially at first, when you try to calibrate what this signal means. ‘Is this person looking at me? Do you like it? Will I humiliate myself if I approach?'”
The actor praised his character’s effort to be open, including a clumsy but sincere attempt to dance during an appointment in the film.
“It was something lovely,” he said. “They probably are not going to ask me much more for my work as a dancer in the cinema. The phone has not yet sounded.”
Ben’s comments arrive months after finishing his divorce from singer and actress Jennifer López, 54, in January.
The couple revived their romance in 2021, almost two decades after canceling their first commitment, but ended their marriage two years later, in 2024.
In a recent interview with GQ, Ben described the separation as “without dramas” and said that Jennifer remained “someone who respected a lot.”
Jennifer, who premiered the autobiographical film ‘The greatest love story ever told’, has not made public comments about her separation.
According to several reports, Ben has “leaving casually” but has not started a new relationship.
During the summer of 2023 he was briefly related to Kick Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s daughter.
Ben was previously married to actress Jennifer Garner, 52, from 2005 to 2018.
The reports have suggested that he “wants another opportunity” with her, although the sources claim that she does not feel the same.
