The dancer Casper Beau Smart, ex -partner of singer Jennifer López, was accused of two positions for minor crimes in Los Angeles, United States.
The TMZ portal reported that the Los Angeles prosecutor’s office accused Smart of two positions for minor crimes. The first position is to participate in illicit commercial activities of marijuana and another for participating in commercial activity of marijuana without a temporary permit or license.
The accusation occurs four months after the artist had a police visit at his home in Los Angeles. On December 23, 2024, the police appeared at Smart’s house after a person denounced that the dancer was growing marijuana at home.
The officers arrived home around 9:00 am and found the artist accompanied by an unidentified woman. The authorities found “a small to medium -sized crop operation” of marijuana plants. Smart was not arrested, but it was summoned as part of the investigation of this case.
Casper Smart was a judge for two seasons of the popular dance contest who dances, Univision. From 2011 to 2016 he was a couple of singer and businesswoman Jennifer López. Shortly after his separation with singer Marc Anthony, Jennifer López began dating Casper Smart whom he met when he worked on his tour.
Smart and López had an intermittent relationship for five years, in which it was speculated that the dancer had been unfaithful to the ‘diva of the Bronx’. Although the couple never confirmed infidelity, the couple separated but reconciled in 2015. However, romance lasted little because in 2016 they decided to end their relationship forever.
This is not the first time that an ex -partner of Jennifer López faces legal problems. The music tycoon Sean ‘Diddy’ combs, with whom López had a relationship at the end of the 90s, was arrested in mid -September 2024 and caused by crimes of sexual abuse, sexual trafficking and organized crime.
