Shakira monopolizes headlines, this time for a possible legal action against Mexican influencer Luis Castillejo, known in social networks as The Temach. The controversy arose after the content creator comments on Sasha, the youngest son of the Colombian artist, during a recent live presentation.
In a video posted on its platforms, The Temach criticized the child for alleged “dawned movements” on stage, hinting that his behavior was a consequence of the absence of a father figure and the lack of “masculine” activities in his life.
These statements unleashed a wave of indignation in social networks, where users described their words as macho, homophobic and stigmatizing.
In addition, many pointed out the severity of directing such criticism towards a minor. Before the stir, The Temach said that he has already received legal documents related to a demand filed by Shakira.
Did Shakira sue El Temach?
“I had the demand for Shakira, if they want to read it, for my compas lawyers, if they want to advise me”expressed in an ironic tone during a transmission.
So far, the singer’s legal or communication team has not issued any official statement in this regard. Nor have documents have been disseminated that prove the existence of a formal demand.
