It is up to the court to resolve whether there were irregularities in his hiring, and if Sanchez incurred or not in crimes of influence peddling, prevarication and embezzlement of public flows. But what is undoubtedly scandalous is the way in which that position has exercised, without even having simulated a minimal appearance that the square was not created ad hoc.
It is natural that such is the conclusion of the judge if, incomprehensible, Azagra has not taken care of in seven years of building a plausible narrative about the suitability of his position.
