Ed Sheeran revealed unpublished photos with Taylor Swift

Ed Sheeran surprised his followers at Publish a series of photos never seen that he found when he turned on an old cell phone. Through his social networks, Sheeran explained that he ran into this “Memories trunk” while preparing the launch of his new single, Old Phone. “I put the sound and listen. I got rid of my phone in 2015 and I used the email exclusively. I simply turned off my phone in December of that year and that was all,” said the 34 -year -old musician.

The finding included photos with his wife Cherry Seaborn, work moments with Benny Blanco, mails of colleagues like Elton John, and messages from his deceased friend Jamal Edwards. “It felt like a time capsule, a stage of life that lived at that time, in 2015. Turning it dislodged a lot, I found myself reviewing messages and conversations with people who are no longer, ”Sheeran shared.

Among the photos, an image shows Taylor Swift enjoying a portion of Pizza, another capture in the company of his then partner Calvin Harris and members of One Direction, and one last reveals a label written by Swift that said: “Hey, Ed – I’m very happy for you and I’m going to let you finish, but this is the best jam of all time – t.” The “I will let you finish” referred to the moment when Kanye West did not let her finish her speech when she won an award at the MTV Video Music Awards.

The singer explained that this emotional trip inspired his new song. “It was a very emotional trip,” he said about the creation of Old Phone, composed while finishing his next album in India. “It looks like a song that should have been in my debut album, but it is also a song that I could not have written without having lived certain things,” He added.

In addition, Sheeran invited his fans to do the same: “Maybe drives them to light their old phone and see where they were ten years ago.
