The chakra is believed to be a center of energy in our body. Literally, chakra means a wheel and it got this name because it refers to the life force which moves inside our bodies by spinning and rotating.
This energy has seven centers in the body which provide right amount of energy to the parts of our body, mind and spirit. Chakras are very important for keeping a healthy and balanced life. However, as there are chakras throughout our bodies there are also such energy lines throughout the earth.
These lines are called ley lines or spirit lines and carry energy changes. The places where these energies intersect are actually locations of the most sacred sites in the world like Stonhenge, Machu Picchu, Angkor Wat and the Pyramids.
Even though most modern cultures do not celebrate ley lines in the past great ancient civilizations did. For example, the Chinese talked about them as dragon lines whereas the Aborigines called them dream lines. These are the chakras of the mother Earth:
1. The Root Chakra
Mount Shasta in California, the USA is a Native American cultural and spiritual centre. It is a sacred mountain and one of the oldest places of worship in the world.
2. The Social Chakra
The Social Chakra is centered at the Titicaca Stone located in Peru, Bolivia in South America but its energy extends to Machu Picchu. This is also known as the male dragon line and it also connects to Mt. Shasta.
3. The Solar Plexus Chakra
This is the female dragon line and it connects the Lake Titicaca with Uluru located in Kata Tjuta, the Northern Territory in Australia. This location is still regarded as a sacred place by the native Aboriginal tribes.
4. The Heart Chakra
The above mentioned female great dragon line also connects with Stonehenge.
5. The Throat Chakra
This is the only chakra which is not connected with the great dragon lines but it is a place of enormous energy. It is located at the Great Pyramid in Jerusalem, Mt. Sinai and Mt. Olives in the Middle East.
6. The Third Eye Chakra
This chakra is moveable due to the astrological ages. Taking into consideration that we are now at the Age of Aquarius, the third eye is located near Stonehenge and as soon as we enter the Age of Capricorn, the chakra is going to move to Brazil.
7. The Crown Chakra
It is located at Mt. Kailash, in the Himalayas in Tibet. This is one of the highest summits and it is connected with the Scorpio Full Moon which the local people celebrate every year.
In addition to these seven chakras there are also other points of high spiritual energy.

-Mount Fuji, Japan
-Karachi, Pakistan
However, this list goes on and may be further completed with other special places we have not discovered yet.
