False Profile, the series that fills Netflix with mystery and seduction: will there be a third season?
Colombian production Fake Profilea Netflix series that combines mystery, crimes and eroticism, It has been all the rage in recent days on the platform due to the launch of its new installment.
Carolina Miranda, Manuela González, Lincoln Palomeque and Rodolfo Salas, protagonists of this involving plot, returned to the production that, during its first season, culminated with the character of Ángela Ferrer in jail after discovering her husband’s betrayals.
During its opening week, The first season ranked #1 in the Global Top 10 of non-English speaking series on Netflix, so they hope to repeat this milestone with the second.

New season of False Profile
On January 8, 2025, the second season of Perfil Falso premiered on Netflix. In this one, the story focuses on a mysterious murderer who is ending the lives of some of the most handsome men in Colombia, who are contacted by a person who poses as the beautiful Camila Román on a dating app.
“Become the target of a ruthless and multifaceted killer, to prove her innocence, the Mexican dancer must join forces with the least expected ally and the man who betrayed her months ago, Miguel Estévez“, describes the platform.
Directed by Klych López Peña and with a script by Pablo Illanes, from the official trailer, Perfil Falso was positioned as one of the platform’s big bets for the month of January.
Although only a couple of days have passed, many of the platform’s users have already seen the 10 chapters of this new season, which is why they are wondering if there will be a new installment.
