Ms He took the Neta Aya to the dealership. There they explained that the battery had failed and that a pack replacement was required. However, the spare part was not in stock. Therefore, it was impossible to provide an immediate and long-term solution, since the brand was also unable to give an exact date on which it could obtain the battery on the market.
