We are starting a new year and it is a great opportunity to decree, what are the main enemies that prevent us from expressing what we want so much?

– The great obstacles to our manifestation are: fear, control, judgment and attack.
In my new book I teach a process of four simple but powerful steps, which anyone can use to connect with their “I interior”And heal with tools, this is also known as the ‘Self Energy‘.

1. Control: When you face undesirable feelings or behaviors, take a moment to assimilate it. Recognize what you feel and recognize the patterns that govern your life.
2. Be curious: Once you have identified a pattern or behavior, it feels curious to know it better. Ask you questions such as: “How long have I been here?”, “What do I know about this part of me?” This step encourages to explore the feelings and sensations associated with that part.
3. Connect compassionately: After establishing a connection with that part of you, ask what you need more. This could be anything, from resting until you have fun or even ask for help. This step is to nurture your inner child and give it the attention it deserves.
4. Verify again: Finally, consult your mind to see how you feel after following the first three steps. Look at if you feel calmer, more connected or if any new idea has emerged.

And what are the three tips you would give to someone to re-consist with their life purpose and with themselves?

1. Concentrate on what brings you joy. When we bow towards it, we are guided towards our purpose.
2. Measure your success based on how much you have fun.
3. Be kind to others. Our true purpose is to feel good and be a positive force of love in the world.

How is spirituality related to personal development?

Having a spiritual practice helps us transform our fear into faith. We can trust more, free control and feel more peace. Spirituality also aligns our thoughts and energy with positive intentions, appreciation and hope. Living in this way creates optimism for the future and renounces the past.

In your books and conferences you talk a lot about the importance of meditation. What should we avoid doing when starting with this practice, to keep us constant?

– A simple meditation practice for beginners is cash breathing, also known as square breathing or breathing of four squares.
