The Colombian singer Shakira has decided to take legal actions against the influencer Luis Castillejo, known as El Temach, after her controversial comments aimed at her youngest son, Sasha, who have been qualified as macho and homophobic.

In an unexpected turn, the renowned artist Shakira has filed a lawsuit against the influencer El Temach due to his recent statements about Sasha, the smallest son of the singer. The Temach, who has been criticized in social networks for his derogatory comments, suggested that the child’s behavior was a consequence of growing without the father figure in his life.

The controversy broke out when the Temach published a video in which it questioned Sasha’s body expression, describing it as “dawned” and attributing it to the lack of “male” activities. These statements caused a wave of indignation in social networks, where many users accused the influencer of perpetuating gender stereotypes and attacking a minor.

In response to these attacks, Shakira, who is currently in full tour with his show “Women no longer cry”, decided to legally act to protect the privacy and well -being of his son. The singer has expressed her rejection of the comments of El Temach, emphasizing the importance of respecting the individuality and expression of children, regardless of their family environment.

In an attempt to face the demand, the Temach also published a video asking for support from his followers, specifically those who were lawyers. This movement has generated even more controversy, since many consider that they are trying to capitalize on the situation instead of assuming responsibility for their comments.

Shakira’s demand against Temach not only seeks to protect his son, but also marks a precedent in the defense of the rights of minors in the public sphere. This case shows the need to address with responsibility the contents shared in social networks. The online community has shown strong support to the singer, underlining the importance of combating hate discourse and gender stereotypes.
