“I take it with grace and send them love”

Katy Perry has decided to speak high and of course. After years in the center of controversy and a recent wave of criticism for her participation in the first space flight crew only by women, the singer has responded to hate messages with a mixture of serenity and gratitude towards her followers: “When the online world tries to become a human piƱata, I take it with grace and send them love.”
Journey to space
The American artist was one of the six women who traveled to space on April 14 aboard a ship of Blue Origin, Jeff Bezos’s company. The feat, which made history, also generated an avalanche of negative messages in networkssome questioning the gesture as a frivolity.

But far from being down, Perry has preferred to focus on the positive. On April 23 he started his expected world tour “Lifeses” in Mexicoafter seven years without getting on stage. His fans have responded with unconditional enthusiasm and support. An official followers account even projected an emotional poster on Times Square congratulating her for the start of the tour and reminding her how important it is for them.
Katy, visibly excited, thanked the gesture on social networks and took the opportunity to share a deeper reflection on her personal growth. “I’m fine because I’ve worked hard,” he confessed. He also said that he attends therapy and has learned to prioritize the important thing. “Sometimes I fall, but I get up and keep going.”
The “Lifetime” tour will travel America, Europe and Australia. Spain will be the last stop, with concerts in Barcelona (November 9) and Madrid (November 11). A personal victory flavor closure.
