The promoter of events Zignia Live explained that the decision was made because The enclosure in which the Katy Perry concert would be held, the Guadalajara Arena, has not finished its construction.

In the text he explained that his team traveled to Guadalajara a few days ago to make sure that the enclosure was not suitable to offer a show. The artist said this situation is out of control.
“Last week I sent my team to make sure there was nothing we could do, but it was evident that the place was not ready or safe to receive my show or the public. I hope I could solve this, but it is out of my control,” he added.
Katy Perry, who recently traveled to space on a very controversial commercial trip, reaffirmed her commitment to her Mexican fans and assured that she will compensate them in the future.

Zignia Live explained that Carlos Rivera’s concerts, the untouchables and Katy Perry will be canceled and clarified that this is not the responsibility of the artists.
