California.- Kim Kardashian is one step closer to following the footsteps of his father and becoming a lawyer.
She completed legal learning and is now eligible to take the examination of the California bar, confirmed her representative on Wednesday.
The businesswoman and star of reality shows published an Instagram story of a small private ceremony at the Beverly Hills hotel, where she smiled while putting on a graduation birrete.
Jessica Jackson, a lawyer who advised her in the program, described him as “one of the most inspiring legal trips we have seen.”
“Six years ago, Kim Kardashian entered this program with a fierce desire to fight for justice,” says Jackson in a speech in the video. “Without master classes, without shortcuts of ivory tower, only determination. And a mountain of jurisprudence books to read.”
California allows to study with a lawyer or judge as an alternative to the Law School. Kardashian could obtain the lawyer license if he approves the state advocacy exam, known for his difficulty.
Jackson said Kardashian spent “18 hours a week, 48 weeks a year for six consecutive years” in the program.
His late father, Robert Kardashian, was a lawyer and told OJ Simpson among his clients.
Kardashian revealed the milestone approximately one week after he testified in a Paris court on his fear of being killed during an armed robbery in 2016.
“I was sure that this was the time I was going to rape,” he said to a Paris court on May 13 about the terrible experience. “I thought I was going to die.”
Kardashian has been in recent years a defender of the Reform of Criminal Justice and in 2018 he successfully pressed President Donald Trump to commute Alice Marie Johnson’s judgment, a grandmother who was fulfilling life imprisonment without probation without probation for drug crimes.
