Kim Kardashian declares Tuesday in trial for the theft he suffered in 2016 in Paris

Paris.- The star of the social networks Kim Kardashian must declare Tuesday at the trial that takes place in Paris against the alleged perpetrators of the robbery and kidnapping he suffered in the palace in which he stayed during Fashion Week in October 2016.

His lawyers said last week that Kim Kardashian wanted to attend this process to be able to face those who assaulted it at gunpoint and robbed jewelry valued at about 10 million dollars and give their own story of the facts.

The lawyers advanced that the American influent intends to answer all the issues raised during the audience, which has raised an enormous media interest and that has needed a strict device in the historic Palace of Justice of the center of Paris.

Beyond the accreditation of some 400 journalists, the judicial authority has established very limited areas for the dozens of cameras that intend to record the entrance and exit of Kim Kardashian to the historic Voltaire Chamber, one of those dedicated to the great judgments.

A room in which they can only see the star of social networks directly – in judicial processes in France, there are no images or sound – a handful of those journalists, while the rest will have to be content with a distance listening room.

On the bench of the defendants, nine men and a woman feel, all in freedom under judicial control, as alleged members of the group that plotted and executed the assault in the early hours of October 3, 2016 of the luxury hotel reserved for Kim Kardashian and her entourage during the Paris fashion week in an exclusive neighborhood at a very short distance from the Basilica of the Madeleine.

To define them, the term “Yayoladrones” has been used because many of them are over 70 years old and a neat criminal history with long years in prison behind them.

Example of all this is Aomar Ait Khedache, which is considered the leader of the operation, and that – discovered by his DNA – from the first day of the trial, on April 28, he acknowledged having been one of the members of the command that rose armed to the victim’s room to threaten and steal his jewels and that theoretically could be sentenced to life imprisonment.

One of Ait Khedache’s children is among the accused, as are another father-son couple, the Boyer. The offspring, Marc-Alexandre, is according to the researchers, the second thief who at the tip of gun gagged and immobilized Kardashian by binding it with flanges before taking the loot.

Among the defendants of more than 70 years are Yunice Abbas, another of those who made up the group, as he himself has confessed – he left his genetic trace in the flanges with which they handcuffed the hotel guard – who later wrote a book entitled ‘I kidnapped Kim Kardashian’, but now before the court he intends that the hijacking position is not pertinent to qualify the facts.

The trial will be extended until May 23, which is when the sentence is expected to be known.
