May 21, 2025 has become one of the most transcendental days of his life for one of the influencers with the most followers in the world. Kim Kardashian has managed to fulfill one of his desired dreams. The daughter of the lawyer Robert Kardashian, who became famous for her participation in the defense of OJ Simpson in the 1990s, six years ago she proposed to follow in her father’s footsteps and has finally been able to celebrate this achievement.

Kim began his studies in law in 2018 in the least conventional way. The California Law School program allows lawyers to directly train with active lawyers, instead of attending a traditional university, a system that is not available in all US states. A way to obtain the lawyer license, which offers the necessary flexibility to combine studies with a very busy life as that of the ‘celebrity’.

As their mentors have expressed during the graduation ceremony, Kim has dedicated 18 hours a week, for 48 weeks a year, to study. More than 5,000 hours of learning during which he has had to perform the First Year Exam for those who follow the traditional route of the University. An exam approved in 2021 after several failed attempts.

Throughout his legal trip, he has actively worked on the reform of the criminal justice system, focusing, above all, to obtain pardons for people who had been unjustly sentenced. His involvement in cases of social injustice began in 2018, when he successfully interceded for the release of Alice Mari Johnson, a woman who had been imprisoned for a crime for drugs for more than 20 years.

Family celebration

Kim Kardashian celebrated his graduation with an intimate ceremony at home, surrounded by family and closest friends, although he has not hesitated to share the details with the more than 350 million followers he has on Instagram. His mentors and classmates had words of pride and congratulations towards their most popular student.

His sister Khloé, who could not hide his emotion, congratulated Kim on his own Instagram, highlighting how inspiring he has been to see how his sister has managed to fulfill such an ambitious goal. “This has been years of hard work, and I am incredibly proud of her,” said Khloé, while his sister Kourtney also showed his support on social networks.

Although Kim Kardashian has successfully completed his formation, there is still a last step to be able to exercise law in California: the dreaded ‘California Bar exam’, a test that is considered one of the most difficult in the country. With some evidence that covers more than 200 questions of multiple legal matters and that last two days, that is the last challenge that Kim must overcome before being able to be officially lawyer.
