Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet They have brought their relationship to the next level from their debut on the red carpet.
“Kylie is very happy and relieved that they have finally made their debut. It was the time and she wanted to support him publicly and show how proud it is,” says a source exclusively to Us Weekly. “She and Timothée have taken things very seriously, and this was a big step.”
The informant adds that Jenner, 27, and Chalamet debuted on the red carpet in Rome last week, and that is not the only great advance for the couple.
“They practically live together at this time, since he usually stays at home when he is not working,” says the source. “He has completely integrated into his life.”
Although Jenner has always “supported” Chalamet, 29, from “the background”, being there for the actor in person was something “natural” for the star of Kardashians.
“Everything is going very well. She is proud to be by her side and felt it was the right time to share that part of their relationship. They are in a very good place,” says the source. “He makes her feel calm and safe, and it is a different relationship of what she has had in the past.”
Jenner and Chalamet have been coming out since the spring of 2023. When the couple approached for the first time two years ago, they maintained their discreet romance. However, recently, Jenner and Chalamet have begun to appear together on the public scene.
Earlier this year, Jenner was next to Chalamet throughout the awards season. Chalamet was nominated for his interpretation of Bob Dylan In the biopic A Complete Unknown. He was nominated for an Oscar, Bafta, Golden Globe, SAG Award and Critics’ Choice for paper. Chalamet took Jenner as her companion to multiple events, including the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards.
Despite attending multiple events together, the couple had not yet debuted on the red carpet until recently. Jenner accompanied Chalamet at the 70th David Di Di Donatello Film Festival. The duo walked on the red carpet with coordinated black attire.
Chalamet wore a black suit of Tom Ford’s double button with a white flower in the flap. Jenner, on the other hand, dazzled with a tight black dress from Schiaparelli. The realities star later revealed that she herself was in charge of her makeup for the event.
“Rome at @schiaparelli @danielroseberry,” he wrote on Instagram earlier this week. “Makeup for me 🥰.”
Jenner also helped prepare chame for the festival. Chalamet made a video call with the creative director of Tom Ford, Haider Ackermann. In a video shared on Instagram by Ackermann days later, Jenner used a roller of fluff in the fabric to make sure the chame’s outfit was impeccable.
“Teamwork. Ms. K, you are hired!” Ackermann wrote on Instagram on Saturday, May 10, labeling Chamet and Jenner accounts.
