“In the case of repatriations, we will always accept the arrival of Mexican men and women to our territory,” the Foreign Ministry indicated.
The Government of the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, in response to the anti-immigrant policy of US President Donald Trump, assured this Friday that it will always accept “with open arms” its compatriots who are repatriated.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), in a message published on its account on the social network issues, including migration.
«When it comes to repatriations, we will always accept the arrival of Mexican men and women to our territory with open arms. “Mexico embraces you,” said the Foreign Ministry.
This Friday, US media reported that two US Air Force C-17 planes bound for Guatemala and 80 people on board each, left on Thursday night. However, a third flight, scheduled to arrive in Mexico, never took off.
A Trump Administration official denied that Mexico had refused to receive the flight and clarified that what happened was “an administrative problem,” which was quickly resolved.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced this Friday that the Trump administration began deportation flights for irregular migrants in the United States.
«The deportation flights began. “President (Donald) Trump is sending a strong and clear message to the world: if you enter the US illegally, you will face the consequences,” the official explained on her X account.
