Miley Cyrus hospitalized after severe infection to roll video clip in Hollywood

Miley Cyrus was admitted to intensive care for an infection in the kneecap after filming on the Paseo de la Fame.
Miley Cyrus revealed that she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after contracting a severe infection in the kneecap during the recording of her new visual project, part of her next album Submithing Beautiful, which will be launched on May 30.
The singer explained that, due to budgetary restrictions, she decided to film a scene on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame during the night, without adequate permits or hygiene measures. In an interview at Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Cyrus said that, shortly after filming, he began to experience worrying symptoms and was hospitalized around Thanksgiving Day.
“My leg began to disintegrate … in the area of the kneecap,” said the artist, who recalled that doctors were surprised by the seriousness of the infection. By explaining the circumstances of the filming, Cyrus admitted that the majority of the budget was allocated to the locker room, leaving little room for other aspects of production.
Despite the traumatic experience, the singer continues with her projects. The Visual Album Something Beautiful will premiere worldwide at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 6 and will have an exclusive projection in cinemas on June 12 in the United States and Canada, and on June 27 in the rest of the world.
