Miley Cyrus today publishes his ninth studio album, Subject Beautiful Available in CD, vinyl, cream vinyl, translucent red vinyl and on all digital platforms
The 13 songs album, which explores songs such as healing, transformation and the search for beauty in the dark, combines emotional clarity with an expansive film production. Produced by Miley Cyrus and Shawn Everett, with the collaboration of Brittany Howard, Maxx Morando and Michael Pollack, Sumthing Beautiful is introspective, musically adventurous and with a deep emotional burden.
Includes the new song ‘Easy Lover’– whose video clip has been released today in line with the release of the album – together with the previously published songs ‘More to Lose’ and ‘End of the World’, in addition to new outstanding themes such as ‘Walk of Fame’, among others.

The album musical film It will premiere on June 6 at the Tribeca Festival. Directed by Miley Cyrus, Brendan Walter, Jacob Bixenman and the acclaimed filmmaker Panos Cosmatos, the video gives life to the world of Something Beautiful. Naomi Campbell will also appear in the ‘Every girl You’ve Ever Love’ video clip. The album cover, made by Glen Luchford, shows Cyrus dressed in a 1997 Thierry Mugler suit, a garment that also appears in the ‘Prelude’ video. Fashion will also occupy a central place in the musical film, with original custom designs by Casey Cadwalader for Mugler that are shown in ‘Subject Beautiful’ and ‘End of the World’. The film also presents the largest loan of archive pieces by Thierry Mugler ever granted to a single person, along with uncommon designs by Jean Paul Gaultier, tailored designs of Alexander McQueen and Alaïa. The director of photography Benoît must give life to the shocking visual effects of the project, deepening in its envelope narration.
