Miley Cyrus launches “Something Beautiful”: Music, Fashion and Cinema

Miley Cyrus is surprised again with Something Beautiful, her ninth studio album, released this Friday. The project combines introspective sounds, visual proposals and an aesthetic marked by high fashion, consolidating a stage of artistic reinvention.
The album, produced with Shawn Everett, brings together 13 songs that travel between ballads, pop, disc and psychedelia, exploring songs such as transformation, darkness and healing. Artists such as Brittany Howard and Michael Pollack participate, and issues such as More to Lose, Easy Lover and Walk of Fame stand out.
Accompanying the launch, Cyrus will premiere on June 6 at the Tribeca Festival a musical film co -directed by herself. The film, which will arrive at Cineses from US and Canada on June 12, has appearances from Naomi Campbell and looks designs from Mugler, Gaultier, McQueen and Alaïa.
The album cover, created by Glen Luchford, shows Cyrus with an iconic 1997 Mugler suit. In addition, the singer celebrated the launch with a surprise event in Los Angeles for her fans.
With this multidisciplinary commitment, Cyrus seeks to repeat the success of Flowers, its most successful single so far.
