Miley Cyrus presents his expected ‘More to Lose’, the fourth advance of his next album

Miley Cyrus has released the fourth of the thirteen songs They will be part of your expected album ‘Submithing Beautiful’. Days before, the artist shared an emotional post on her social networks accompanied by the message: “Sharing this song from the same place where it was created … to the piano. More to lise. Very soon.”
Shortly after, in a private event held in New York, Cyrus presented the song exclusively to a small group of fans and people close to their surroundings. Now the song is now available and can be heard on all platforms. At the moment, the songs that are completing the album are: ‘Prelude’, ‘Something Beautiful’, ‘End of the World’ and ‘More to lise’.
Next to the launch of the song, Miley has also released a black and white video clip that reinforces the aesthetics of the album. In it, the artist interprets the theme looking three different stylesthe first one is A monkey covered with brightness and crystals, the same as the cover of the album and the ‘prelude’ video clip. In addition to a black dress with flashes that highlights its figure among the contrasts of black and white, and a completely dark third look.
This last styling appears intertwining with the previous ones, as a symbolic representation of that “shadow” that sometimes accompanies us and torments us silently. The video, loaded with visual symbolism, concludes with a fusion of its three styles, its three versions of it, reflecting the emotional complexity of the subject.
The song ‘More to Lose’
The song expresses the difficulty of moving away from what hurts us and the confusion of not knowing what is best for oneself. “I stay, when ecstasy is far. I pray, to come again. You say it, but I would like it not to be. I knew that one day one would have to choose, I just thought we had more to lose.”
Before the launch, the artist shared her vision of the song: “It’s a song that tells a story, and I don’t want it to be interrupted, you think too much or look for perfection. I never wanted ‘more to lise’ to be perfect, I wanted to sound beautiful and emotional”. This perspective is aligned with the spirit of the album, which explores issues such as personal transformation and the search for beauty in the midst of darkness.
