From the scenario to the big screen
Instead of a classic tour – his doctor recommended taking care of the voice after diagnosing Reinke’s edema – Cyrus opted for a 55 -minute film that combines the 13 cuts with visual narrative. The film, co-direct by herself, Jacob Bixenman and Brendan Walter, will have World Première on June 6 at the Tribeca Festival and will arrive at Cinemas from the USA and Canada for a single night on June 12 (June 27 at the international level).
Tiktok, the other concert hall
- The app launched filters inspired by the art of the album and dance challenges with “End of the World.”
- Top creators will obtain exclusive film clips to react live.
- An AR effect allows “painting” petals – guide to “flowers” – in any video.
Why does it matter
With “flowers” still dominating playlists and an ambitious audiovisual concept, Subject Beautiful seeks to consolidate the post-Endless Summer Vacation and project Miley as a multiplatform artist. If the bet works, it could mark the route for pop releases without mass tour, supported by immersive experiences and streaming.
