Mystery surrounding the pregnancy of a young woman: The complaint is about the disappearance of twins – Última Hora
The relatives of a 22-year-old pregnant woman, in contact with NPY, reported the strange disappearance of her twins, during their stay at three hospitals.
In the midst of many doubts and without fully understanding what is happening, the young woman’s mother began by saying that she accompanied her pregnant daughter to give birth at the National Hospital of Itauguá.
“She went to the Itauguá Hospital and there they told her that there is no incubator, she was referred to the Acosta Ñu Children’s Hospital and then, after some paperwork, she was transferred to the Hospital de Clínicas,” she said.
But the woman’s surprise was great when she was informed at that healthcare center that her daughter did not have the babies inside her womb.
That news was very strange for the family, since they assure that they accompanied the entire pregnancy process.
The young woman is currently in clinics with inflammation and problems in the uterus, the mother continued to mention.

“We are very concerned about what we are going through. We were looking forward to the babies, but we were not surprised that the babies are no longer there. “My daughter was admitted to the Itauguá Hospital from January 6 to January 14,” he said.
She remembered that the day she was discharged, her aunt accompanied the young woman.
“They discharged her, she was very asleep, they didn’t give me any paper that we were there. They did not give us the discharge documents. That day the 14th (January) my sister accompanied her and the doctor told her that the twins were fine and that my daughter’s blood pressure was very high and that they were going to discharge her,” he said.
The young woman’s mother indicated that her daughter was with them at home and that she had to return on January 20 to the National Hospital of Itauguá for her scheduled cesarean section.

“That day we arrived at 8:30 and went straight to the delivery room and she entered. Then my daughter came out and told me that she wouldn’t be able to have them here because they don’t have an incubator. They told him to go to the Acosta Ñu Children’s Hospital to sign something,” he said.
She continued mentioning that they both went to that hospital to sign some paperwork and that there they told her to go to the Hospital de Clínicas for her cesarean section.
“We arrived at the hospital, they assisted him, they did an ultrasound and there they told me that the creatures were no longer there. I didn’t notice anything, my daughter came excitedly waiting for the babies. Until now I don’t believe what is happening,” he said.
What do doctors say about this case?
The family facilitated an ultrasound that the young mother had in August of last year. “My daughter had that ultrasound done in Caacupé (hospital) with Dr. Alberto Centurión Morínigo,” he said.
However, the doctor assured that it was an ultrasound that was staged since he never treated the pregnant woman and does not even continue to provide his services at the healthcare center. He resigned about nine years ago.

“It is set up because it does not have the logo of the team that I manage. I do not have the record of this patient. I saw that my name is on the plaque, but that study does not correspond to me,” said Morínigo Centurión in contact with radio Monumental 1080 AM.
For his part, Dr. Miguel Ferreira, director of the Itauguá Hospital, in conversation with the same radio station, explained that they have in their records that the young woman only went to consult on two occasions.
The first consultation was on November 21, 2024 and I was 31 weeks pregnant. On that occasion she was evaluated and some studies were performed.
Later, on January 9 of this year, she returned for a gynecological consultation. She underwent a physical and clinical examination.
“He had gynecological symptoms, he was examined and nothing unusual was found. He was asked for some tests and studies to then return, but he did not return. In the second consultation, pregnancy was no longer confirmed,” he indicated.
He also went to the Caacupé Hospital
The woman went to the Caacupé Hospital on July 17 and 25, 2024 to perform her prenatal check-ups and the system shows that her ultrasound study is pending, the director of the Caacupé Hospital, Luis Gómez, explained on the subject.
