North West, the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, turns 12 years with a professional future planned by her mother and the advice of her grandmother Kris Jenner
North West, the eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, turned 12 this weekend, with her mother with apparent plans to mold her future, and her grandmother Kris Jenner determined to enter the family business.
“Kim is drawing a plan for North and all his children,” a source told OK magazine: North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6. “He has a great team working with her, he meets all the appropriate people and study directors, and she is the one who makes the decisions,” the source replied.
Kardashian confirmed in a Podcast interview with Sara Foster that she and her family talk about each offer that North receives before accepting it. “They offer you a photo shoot or something. And we sit down and talk about it as a family,” he said. “Like: ‘Should this do? What is too much? What is not?'”
Kardashian focuses on balance, Jenner in the legacy
Although Jenner wants her grandchildren to follow the steps of her famous parents joining the Hulu family series, Kardashian is more cautious.
“He is hiring North for photo and dubbing sessions, and is also looking for lucrative agreements for others,” the source added. “He wants the best for his children and, unlike Kris, he does not press them.”
The founder of Skims, 44, said she is aware of how her children grow up under public scrutiny. “I try to protect that and be very aware that they are independent people and who do not feel they have to be in our shadow,” he said during the same appearance in the podcast.
But Jenner is still focused on keeping the family brand strong.
“He always thinks about the future,” another source told Life & Style. “For years, it has been a priority for her to build the next generation of the family empire.”
As reported, the Karjenner matriarch believes that her grandchildren should join the Kardashian and feel that Kim owes that.
Jenner offers a birthday message and a subtle advice
While the family celebrated North’s 12th birthday, Jenner turned to Instagram to publish a sense of tribute full of subtle praise and advice.
“You have marched to the rhythm of your own drum … without fear and with such a great love for life,” Jenner wrote. “Never stop being you. I am very proud of you, Northie.”
Nearby sources claim that the generational gap between Kim and Kris is generating friction. “Both are very stubborn; it is becoming a serious collision,” said one.
