New Year’s Eve. This event was historic, since it became the first end of the year show that the center has organized, and its success was resounding. The band’s energy was so shocking that
Many attendees continue talking about the show as one of the most memorable of their lives.
But Kris’s path to these great stages began many years ago, with a very special moment in front of television. Being still a child, he saw a presentation of the legendary Toto band. That moment changed his life forever. “That band changed my life. They are the reason why I took the drumsticks, the reason I have a musical career today and also the reason I left my roots in Copenhagen to move to Los Angeles,” says the musician.

With 25 years playing the battery (practically all his life), Kris began to stand out from a young age. At 18 he was already touring Europe with his band, presenting himself in important stages such as Berlin Light Festival or the Royal Conservatory of Music of Prague, where they achieved several Sold Outs. His last tour in Europe before settling in the US included almost 40 presentations in his native Denmark.
But his path was not free of obstacles. As a child, he was afraid to play with great musicians like his father, who is a famous guitarist in his country, and his mind told him that he was not good enough. “When I was a child, I was so afraid to play with great musicians as my dad … my mind told me that it wasn’t good enough,” he recalls. However, at 18,

Since then, he has been fortunate to play with great talents in his native country, but it was in Los Angeles where he really found his musical home. “Now that I have been living in the, I can
To say that, musically, I am at home, ”he says proudly.
For Kris, success is not measured only in presentations or recognition, but in the ability to risk, dare to get out of comfort. “Success comes when you dare to take risks in life and get out of your comfort zone. It can be very uncomfortable and generate anxiety, but you can overcome that fear, that is where you really learn, not only about your art, but also about yourself as a person.”
