The world of Oz prepares for a new film magic adventure.
After its premiere to the world last November 2024, Universal Pictures revealed on Wednesday night the First images of what will be the continuation and second part of Broadway’s popular “Wicked”which jumped to the big screen next to Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande.
Under the official name of “Wicked for Good”this sequel directed by Jon M. Chu will continue the enigmatic story of friendship between Glinda (Ariana Grande) and Elphaba (Cynthia Erico)who is now declared an enemy inside the film and takes the role of the West bad witch.
For its part, Glinda has become a symbol of hope and goodness in the town of Oz, and will continually fight to resume her friendship formed in the first part of “Wicked” with Elphaba, while her internal fight against her to keep Oz safe from evil will be present in this sequel.
