Scooter Braun presses to resort masters to Taylor Swift

A new battle for the musical rights of Taylor Swift is coming. According to the Page Six media, the masters of the singer’s first six albums have been on sale again, and a possible millionaire negotiation is ongoing.

The report indicates that Scooter Braun, an entrepreneur and former owner of the Masters, would be pressing Shamrock Capital – company that was bought in 2020 – so that it is reluctant to Swift itself.

According to Page Six, the repurchase would allow its income to “increase exponentially”, since the launch of the new versions also promotes the consumption of the originals.
